Nolechek's hickory smoked polish sausage varieties are among our most popular products. Lean, quality cuts of beef and pork complement our family recipe that was developed by Bill, Sr., in the 1950s. We use only 100% natural hickory smoke and all varieties are naturally gluten and MSG free.
