Smoked GoudaOur traditional bratwurst takes on a hickory smoked undertone from all of the smoked Gouda that is packed into this Wisconsin specialty bratwurst. We start with award-winning Marieke Gouda’s plain 2-4 month Young Gouda that has been smoked in-house over natural hickory chips for three hours. The rich smoked Gouda adds a creamy texture, with just the right amount of smoky flavor, to our traditional bratwurst. This Wisconsin bratwurst is packed with so much flavor you must try it for yourself.
