How long have you been a team member at Nolechek’s?
I started as a young boy doing odd jobs and everything and anything that was asked of me because that’s what you do when you work for your parents. I became full-time in 1981 after graduating high school. I went to work in Rochester, MN, at Ye Ole Butcher Shoppe from 1986 until 1991. I returned to Nolechek’s and purchased the business from my parents, with my brother, Bill.
