Our Favorite Pizza by Nolechek's
Pizza. There’s no wrong way to top it, slice it, bake it or enjoy it. And just when you think you’ve heard it all…someone comes up with a combo that blows your mind. Read on to find out what our favorite pies are here at Nolechek’s! And if you have a favorite, be sure to chime in and share. Variety is the spice of life at Nolechek’s, especially when it comes to pizza and we love to try new things!
Sweet Bacon Bleu
Bacon truly does make everything better, even pizza! And Nolechek’s Sweet Bacon Bleu pizza proves this point by combining sweet and savory with a little funk all rolled into one. Nolechek’s Hickory Smoked Honey Cured Bacon is the star of the show and caramelized sweet onions, funky bleu cheese and honey round out the cast. This pizza goes best on a thin crust, fire roasted if you can find it (Archer Farms brand from Target is our go to). No sauce needed on this pie of perfection…a drizzle of honey ties it all together. You haven’t lived until you’ve tried the Sweet Bacon Bleu.
Sausage & Pepperoni – Nolechek’s Style
Sausage and Italian Salami with Wine on thin crust. The classic combination taken to the next level with Nolechek’s Italian Sausage (shhh…it’s a secret family recipe!) or Frank’s Special Recipe Italian (yes…it’s been in Frank’s family for generations!) and our better-than-pepperoni Italian Salami with Wine. A hint of sweetness from the wine combined with a touch of crushed red pepper create the perfect addition to any pizza, especially with our Italian sausage varieties. Step it up with peppers, onions, olives or fresh tomatoes to make it a deluxe…no judgement here!
Breakfast Pizza

Breakfast pizza isn’t only for breakfast! Check out this recipe from Taste of Home (https://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/bacon-eggs-pizza/) that takes bacon and eggs to a new level. The fresh vegetables combined with cheesy and eggy deliciousness could only be made better with Nolechek’s Hickory Smoked Honey Cured Thick-Sliced Bacon…or substitute Nolechek’s breakfast sausage. Too many choices? We recommend making two.
Taco Pizza
This taco pizza deserves to be enjoyed any night of the week…not just on Taco Tuesdays. The Girl Who Ate Everything created a taco recipe (https://www.the-girl-who-ate-everything.com/taco-pizza/) that is simple AND delicious! We recommend making it even easier by substituting the ground beef and taco seasoning with Nolechek’s Chorizo, a Mexican Style pork sausage with vinegar. It’s so amazing you’ll never think to use ground beef and taco seasoning again. And if you’re a fan of taco sauce, it combines perfectly with the refried beans to create a unique twist on pizza sauce.
Hawaiian Pizza
The Spruce Eats is a food blogger after our own hearts. Either you’re team pineapple-belongs-on-pizza or you shun the very thought. We must say The Spruce Eats makes a convincing argument with this (https://www.thespruceeats.com/hawaiian-pizza-4691857) recipe. They even include a fun history of the Hawaiian pizza and it’s origin. Learning AND eating? Yes, please. Nolechek’s smoked ham is the perfect addition to this fruit-based masterpiece any night of the week.
Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza
The Girl Who Ate Everything really knows her pizza. How do we know? Because this Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza (https://www.the-girl-who-ate-everything.com/bacon-cheeseburger-pizza/) is one of our all-time favorites. The special sauce (don’t worry, it’s not a secret) really makes this pizza special and all the addition of Nolechek’s Hickory Smoked Honey Cured Bacon is the finishing touch. See? We told you bacon makes everything better! And if you’re looking for that smokey flavor you get from charring a burger on the grill, step outside the box and cook your pizza right on the grill!
Apple Crisp Pizza
No pizza list would be complete without a dessert pizza to round out the offerings. And this Apple Crisp Pizza (https://www.the-girl-who-ate-everything.com/apple-crisp-pizza) from the Girl Who Ate Everything really hits it out of the park. No one will ever know you used store-bought pie crust for the dough, especially if you top it with Nolechek’s bacon…or better yet, Nolechek’s Apple Cinnamon Bacon! This ooey, gooey masterpiece is the perfect ending to pizza night!
