1. Traditional Bratwurst
The Wisconsin Tradition and the bratwurst that started it all. Developed by Nolechek's founder, Bill, Sr., this recipe has remained the same for over 65 years and has been recognized with multiple state and national awards. (5 per package, 1.25 lb. average)
2. Wild Rice & Dried Cranberries Bratwurst
The first specialty bratwurst created by Nolechek's in the 1990s and to this day remains our most popular specialty variety. Minnesota grown wild rice, paired with a hint of sweetness from Wisconsin grown cranberries, along with our traditional bratwurst seasoning and a touch of white pepper creates the perfect balance of texture and flavor.
3. Smoked Gouda Bratwurst
Our traditional bratwurst takes on a hickory smoked undertone from all of the smoked Gouda that is packed into this Wisconsin specialty bratwurst. We start with award-winning Marieke Gouda’s plain 2-4 month Young Gouda that has been smoked in-house over natural hickory chips for three hours. The rich smoked Gouda adds a creamy texture, with just the right amount of smoky flavor, to our traditional bratwurst. This Wisconsin bratwurst is packed with so much flavor you must try it for yourself.
This bratwurst is bursting with rich, full flavor. We start with our traditional bratwurst seasoning, add a hint of onion and garlic, pack it with creamy cheddar cheese and top it off with our Hickory Smoked Honey Cured Bacon.
5. Brat 'n' Kraut
People often wonder if it gets anymore Wisconsin than a bratwurst with the sauerkraut in it! We pair authentic German barrel-style sauerkraut with a hint of caraway and brown sugar, along with our traditional bratwurst seasoning to create this fan favorite!
6. Mango Habanero
Speaking of H-O-T, don't let the sweetness from the dried mangos fool you. The taste of the sweet mangos is quickly followed by the heat from the habanero peppers. Can you handle it?
