Marie's Favorite Nolechek Meats
Without further adieu, here are Marie from Nolechek's favorites:
I thought that picking 5 favorite products would be simple. Turns out, I have a lot more favorites than there is room for here, lol! I’ve chosen these as my top 5 favorites because I find myself taking them home on a regular basis due to the fact that I love them so much.
1. Hickory Smoked Honey Cured Bacon
This bacon is the best bacon I have ever tasted. It’s rare if I go a week without having some. I have tried a lot of different bacon in my time, but nothing compares to this delicious, well-balanced flavor of smoke, salt, and subtle sweetness. I am a Nolechek’s bacon lover forever!
2. Fresh Polish Sausage
The melt in your mouth, rich, garlicy flavor of this fresh polish sausage is simply wonderful. Some people only get it for the holidays, I enjoy having it for breakfast.I simmer it for about 20 minutes, brown it, and serve it with eggs and toast.
3. Hickory Smoked Chickens
These smoked chickens are delectable. They’re smoked perfectly, not greasy, and make an easy main course because they’re fully cooked. If there’s leftover chicken, which is rare, it goes great on a lettuce salad or in a wrap. Move over rotisserie chickens, Nolechek’s Hickory Smoked Chickens are better.
4. The Bacon Bleu Bratwurst
I have to include the brat that I suggested Nolechek’s make and, much to my delight, they did! It’s a spinoff of their Bratwurst with Bleu Cheese. I’m a bacon and bleu cheese fan, so the combination of bacon & bleu go hand in hand. The creamy bleu cheese is exceptionally complemented by hickory smoked bacon and a hint of honey. Bacon really does make everything better!
5. Swedish Style Potato Ring
Meat and potatoes. They go together, so why not make a sausage out of them? The interesting blend of spices, combined with beef, pork, and real potatoes make a very distinctive and delicious sausage. I like to cut it lengthwise and brown it until it’s nice and crispy.
