How long have you been a team member at Nolechek’s?

I’ve worked at Nolechek’s for 16 years. I’ve learned a lot and have grown during my time here. When I first started working here the number of things to learn seemed a bit overwhelming, but I got to learn from the best!

What is your role at Nolechek’s?

My role here is retail and shipping manager. That includes customer service and ordering and shipping packages, just to name a few.

What is your favorite thing about working at Nolechek’s?

My favorite thing about working at Nolechek’s is hearing the excitement of first-time customers exclaiming the name of a new brat flavor they have discovered.

What is your favorite product?

Lately, my favorite product has been the bacon & cheddar gourmet hamburger patties. They are so easy to make and they’re delicious!

What is your favorite summer activity?

My favorite summer activity is gardening. Not so much the work, but the admiring of how all the flowers and vegetables are growing. Also, bird watching.

What is a fun fact about you?

My husband and I own Craig’s Pure Maple Syrup, in Thorp. We buy sap during maple syrup season and produce maple syrup, BBQ sauce & Maple Puff Corn.*
