In today's post, we'll be letting you in on Chad's favorite meats by Nolechek's.
1. Hickory Smoked Honey Cured Bacon
An obvious choice that fits well into any dish, not just breakfast! I like to change it up sometimes and brown my bacon, then batter it in pancake mix and fry to a golden-brown perfection. A little bit of maple syrup to dip it in and you have a sure hit for your next breakfast!
2. Breakfast Links
Whichever variety you choose, it’s hard to go wrong with this breakfast classic! Whether it’s the maple or blueberry or one of the traditional varieties, these are another sure-fire breakfast hit! Try browning the links, then rolling them up in crescent rolls for a breakfast-themed twist on the classic pig-in-a-blanket!
When you want to spice things up, Andouille is the way to go. As a stand-alone dish or as part of a gumbo or casserole, Andouille is a great way to change it up!
4. Spreadable Liver Sausage
This is definitely a taste that I’ve acquired over the years, but now it’s one of my favorites. Whether it’s on a piece of toast with some mayo or Gran’s famous liver pate and crackers, this is a great, authentic old-world product.
And of course, last but definitely not least, is my name sake. The famous Chaddywurst. A combination of three awesome Wisconsin staples: Nolechek’s bratwurst, Nolechek’s Hickory Smoked Honey Cured Bacon, and cheddar cheese. A hit at any social gathering!
