Nolechek's was also recognized at IFFA , the world’s largest meat industry trade fair, held in Frankfurt, Germany, in May 2019.
The Deutscher Fleischer-Verband (German Butchers’ Association) partners with the American Association of Meat Processors to provide the opportunity for American meat processors to compete on an international level. The competition received more than 460 entries from 42 companies across the United States. All entries are graded on appearance, consistency, smell and taste and must receive a perfect score of 50 to qualify for a gold medal. Nolechek’s was awarded the Cup of Honor for earning five gold medals.
