Gift Orders

We recieve many orders to be sent to someone other than the person who is ordering.  There will be no pricing on orders such as these.  

There will be a card enclosed with the sender's name, so the recipient knows who their gift is from.  To request a special message, simply complete the order online and send us a quick email to with your short, personal message, and we will be sure to enclose that with the shipment.

December Shipments

During the holiday season we experience a large volume of orders.  Please order no later than December 14th if you wish to use UPS Ground Service for delivery by Christmas.  Doing so allows time for us to process and box up your order, so there are no unexpected delays in shipment.  

In the days right before Christmas, UPS only guarantees delivery of packages shipped 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, so it's important to place your order accordingly.

Payment Options

The most time effective way to order is by using our secure on-line shopping cart using your credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover Card. You may also phone or mail in your order (see address below).

  • Prices are subject to change.
  • We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value due to availability.
  • When supplying your billing information, please make sure that you provide your billing address (the address to which your credit card statement is sent to), as this is needed for fraud-prevention purposes.
  • Orders that are mailed to us, containing a check for payment, will be subject to a 10 business day waiting period prior to shipment.  Please allow plenty of time for ordering in this manner.

Placing An Order

To place an order, simply go to our catalog fill in the quantity of the item you'd like to order and click on the "Add To Shopping Cart" button. You may view your shopping cart or checkout at any time by clicking on their respective buttons at the bottom of the products pages.

To order by credit card, follow the instructions on the screen. To print out your order for mailing or faxing, select that option during the check-out process. 

You will recieve a copy of your order, with pricing, after checkout.  

Shipping Information and Policy

Service & Time Frame

Nolechek's Meats, Inc. uses United Parcel Service (UPS) only.

Any fresh, uncooked items should be shipped using 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Select, depending on the destination, time of year, and if Ground Service will take more than 3 days to reach the ship to address.  This is to maintain the quality and condition of the product and for the health and safety of our customers.  Ground Service is not available for orders to California and the southen half of Florida.

If your order reaches us any later than 12 p.m. on Tuesday, it MUST be shipped 3-Day Select or 2nd Day Air, so that it arrives at its destination by Friday afternoon. Otherwise it will be shipped the following Monday.  


All meats are shipped with gel ice packs in a Styrofoam shipping container, which is then packed in a cardboard outer box. The box is stamped "Perishable". Please refrigerate the contents upon arrival.

Shipping Fees

There is a $13.50 packing and handling fee per order that is added onto the UPS Shipping price at the last step of checkout.

UPS shipping rates are based upon the destination, weight of the package, and method of shipment (Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, 3-Day Select, Ground). The cost is automatically figured by the shopping cart when you fill in the order form.

Note: The destination of the package will determine the method of shipping. Especially to warm states, ground service may not be available.  If this applies, we will contact you via email with your options.
